Punching and Laser Cutting
Our stamping and laser cutting operations use only machines from the global market leader TRUMPF. Prototypes and small-batch production are carried out during manned shifts. For mass production, we focus on a high degree of automation. Process precision lays the foundation for all subsequent processes.
Our production processes and structures are continuously analyzed. Targeted investments in new technologies ensure that we continue to develop successfully in line with our needs.
Deburring, straightening, and cleaning
Straightening, deburring, and cleaning are performed on all parts using a standardized process in our production facility.
This ensures consistently high-quality blanks for all subsequent processes.
Deburring is performed in-house using highly efficient lamellar deburring machines.
Bending and folding
Thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery and a range of machine sizes, we can offer you a wide variety of bent parts and produce them on time.
The use of a fully automated bending cell ensures efficient production of parts with consistent quality, even in high-volume production. The integrated sheet thickness measurement system ensures the precise production of bent parts.
Welding
The processes we use include TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding, spot welding, and stud welding.
We would be happy to advise you on the weldability of a wide variety of materials and the workpieces to be processed.
Machining
In addition to our laser cutting, punching, and bending services, we also offer mechanical machining of parts.
This is particularly true for complex jobs that cannot be performed on the machines in the individual departments (punching, laser cutting, and bending).
Surface Processing
With our in-house powder coating facility, we don’t just process parts we manufacture ourselves—even if you need powder coating for finished parts, we’re your go-to partner.
We can handle both the chemical and electroplating coating of surfaces as well as printing and labeling for you.
