Maximum transparency is important to us
A comprehensive quality management system, which is regularly audited by independent bodies, is an integral part of our corporate culture and our identity. This is in our own interests as well as in the interests of our customers.
We also place great importance on maximum transparency in quality assurance: we invite our customers to form their own impression of our quality management system through a customer audit – please do get in touch. We support you during the development phase with detailed advice and, if required, with the design of individual components and assemblies.
Quality Control
Consistently high quality in standard processes
In order to meet the growing demands of our customers, both now and in the future, our quality assurance department is committed to the continuous development and improvement of our existing quality processes.
We subject all our processes and structures to ongoing analysis and ensure maximum transparency in our quality assurance procedures. For example, the production processes of rolling, deburring and cleaning are already standardised, offering the advantage of consistently high quality, so that the finished parts simply need to be packaged and can be sent directly to the customer’s assembly line without further inspection.
DIN EN ISO 9001 – Certification
Tested processes are essential for producing outstanding products. We were first certified by TÜV SÜD to DIN EN ISO 9002 back in 1997, and in 2000 we were certified to the DIN EN ISO 9001 quality standard.
Since then, regular surveillance and follow-up audits, also carried out by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH, have consistently confirmed these results.
DIN EN ISO 14001 – Certification
For purely business reasons, we have been focusing on optimal material utilisation, efficient logistics and minimal machine downtime for many years.
Since July 2013, our efforts to achieve the highest standards of environmental protection and sustainability within our organisation have been integrated into the DIN EN ISO 14001 environmental management system.
